Showcase Homes: Waterfront Living Begins
Framing is now underway on multiple Showcase Homes within the first release of homesites on Whitecap Island. With several foundations already poured and vertical construction actively progressing, the community is rapidly taking shape. These early homes offer a first glimpse of Whitecap’s Coastal Contemporary architecture, private dock access, and signature waterfront lifestyle.
Pelican’s Landing: Amenity Construction Underway
Pelican’s Landing, Whitecap’s private community pool and fitness facility, is well into construction and taking form quickly. Once complete, this amenity will serve as a daily gathering place for homeowners to swim, exercise, or simply relax steps from home.
The Preserve: Boardwalk Construction Progress
Construction continues within The Preserve, with several boardwalk sections now completed and additional pathways under construction. The freshwater ponds and early wildscape plantings are taking shape as part of Whitecap’s long-term environmental vision.
More Bridges Completed
With additional bridges now complete, connectivity continues to expand throughout Phase 1. Sales Director Ian Gajadharsingh and Sales Manager Amber Spicak recently visited one of the new crossings as Whitecap’s internal canal network continues to take shape.
