Diamond Beach Holdings and Ashlar Development have kicked off site work on Whitecap NPI, Corpus Christi’s first-ever master-planned coastal community within its city limits. The development team says it will be the first coastal contemporary luxury residential and resort destination on North Padre Island. The $800 million project will be built over 240 acres. Diamond Beach is the property owner and Ashlar is the lead developer.
